Our recruitment process in 3 steps
- Pre-interview: First call discussion with the candidates to validate the expectations
- Interview: the selected candidates meet the HR department and the manager (remote or face-to-face interview)
- Post interview: we give an answer (positive or negative) to all candidates
Once the recruitment process is done and the candidate found, Axplora sets up an integration plan to welcome and train the candidates.
